My favourite British shop in the USA is Best of British in Hampton, Virginia, which I go to every time I visit my Mom's friend, who is close to the store that I love so much. Best of British has every food and gifts item an anglophile could want, but they do not have DVDs or CD's. If I could rate Best of British, I would give it a 100 out of 100 because it has something new every time I go there.
